S3 Object Storage

Pixtale connects to object storage using the S3-compatible API, which most cloud storage providers support.

Configure Storage

1. Open the /storage page in Pixtale and enter your storage settings.
2. The access domain is optional and determines how images are loaded:
   • With an access domain: The browser loads images directly from cloud storage.
   • Without an access domain: The browser loads images through the Pixtale server, which retrieves them from cloud storage.

Configure CORS

If you set an access domain and images fail to load because of cross-origin restrictions, configure the following CORS rules in your storage provider's console. Replace https://your-domain.com with your Pixtale site's origin.
